This Agr eement is made and entered into by and between King Broadcasting Company, owners and operators of television station KING-TV of Seattle, hereinafter called the "Employer," and Local Union No. 46 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, hereinafter called the "Union," as the sole Collective Bargaining Agency for all employees as hereinafter defined, now and hereinafter employed by the Employer or its lessees, successors, or assigns during the term of this Agreement, July 20, 2021 through July 19, 2023.
