THIS AGREEMENT is entered into, by and between Worley Fire District, hereinafter referred to as the DISTRICT, and the International Association of Fire Fighters UNION, Local #5005, hereinafter referred to as the UNION. It is the purpose of this Agreement to achieve and maintain harmonious relations between the DISTRICT and the UNION, to provide for equitable and peaceful adjustment of differences which may arise, and to establish equitable and fair wages, hours and other conditions of employment.
