THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2020, by and between the City of Minot, a municipal corporation, hereinafter the “City,” and Four Seasons Construction, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of North Dakota, hereinafter the “Developer.” City and Developer are jointly referred to herein as the “Parties.”
