In joint meeting on August 4, 1997, Company representatives Joe DeMartini, Senior Industrial Relations Representative, James Molden, Manager - Operations, and Union representatives Darrel Mitchell, Senior Assistant Business Manager, Mike Haentjens, Business Representative, Mike Jacobson, Senior Control Operator, Jeff Knisley, Senior Control Operator, and Warren Brown, Nuclear Operator, agreed to recommend the following proposals be adopted.
