This Alliance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made the date last executed as evidenced below (“the Effective Date”) by and between the University of Maryland Global Campus (“UMGC”) and The District Board of Trustees of Broward College, Florida (“BC” or “Broward College”) who together are collectively referred to as the “Parties” or “Institutions.”
