This Agreement entered into this day of , 2017 by the Town of Walpole (hereinafter called “the Employer”) and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, State Council 93, Local 1957 (hereinafter called “the Union”) has as its intention and purpose of the parties hereto that this Agreement provide an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Employer and the Union; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences; and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment.
