The public comment period required by Paragraph 109 of the above-mentioned Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent (Agreement) has closed. EPA reviewed and responded to comments. Pursuant to one of the comments, EPA determined that Paragraph 79 needed to be amended to reference Paragraph 74.d through 74.g, instead of Paragraph 74.a through 74.e. Accordingly, all parties have agreed to the amended Agreement. This letter establishes July 17, 2023 as the Effective Date of the Agreement. In addition, this letter closes the previous Administrative Agreement and Order on Consent, CERCLA docket CERCLA-08-2018-0004. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
