OF THE FIRST PART AND:Collective Bargaining Agreement • September 9th, 2005
The expression "Employee" or "Employees" means the Company Employees, employed in the Province of Alberta and such other points or areas outside the Province of Alberta, wherein the Company may from time to time establish additional depots or expand their trucking operations in a manner which Employees in the Company may legally become members of the Association and in the classifications of Employees as set out in Article of this Agreement.
BETWEEN:Collective Bargaining Agreement • September 16th, 2004
Shift differential of one dollar ($1.00) per hour will be applied on all afternoon shift hours. Shift differential of one dollar and fifteen cents ($1.15) per hour will be applied on all midnight shift hours.
