In consonance with the Patent Policy of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution dated November 29, 1963, and in order to enable the Institution to fulfill its obligations under its contracts and to provide for just and uniform management of patents, I agree to assign and do hereby assign to the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, all discoveries and inventions made or for the first time actually or constructively reduced to practice by me in the course of or as a result of my work at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution or naturally emanating therefrom.
