Warranty Services, Inc., and Illinois corporation, American Guardian Warranty Services of Florida, Inc., a Florida corporation, American Guardian Warranty Services of Wisconsin, Inc., an Illinois corporation (hereinafter individually or collectively “AGWS”) and the undersigned entity outlined below and on the Dealer Information Sheet attached hereto (“Dealer”). AGWS and Dealer shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
