This At-Will Employment Contract (“Contract”) is between Peter E. Raskind (the “Interim Chief Executive Officer”) and the Board of Education (the “Board”) of the Cleveland Municipal School District (the “District”). The Interim Chief Executive Officer will serve as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the District (the “District”) pursuant to Ohio Revised Code § 3311.72(B).
