Number 73½, Cook County, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the "Board"), recognizes the McCracken, Middleton, Meyer Education Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Association") as the exclusive negotiations agent for all regularly employed certificated personnel (hereinafter referred to as "teachers"). This shall not include the Superintendent, Principals, Business Manager, Psychologist, Nurses, Teacher Aides, Paraprofessionals, Substitutes and any other positions which may be created which shall include responsibility for making recommendations for the hiring, dismissal, transfer or discipline of any teacher.
