This Agreement is entered effective October 1, 2023, between the Town of Indian Shores, hereinafter referred to as the “Town” or “Employer” and the Pinellas Lodge No. 43, FOP, hereinafter referred to as “FOP.” It is the intent and purpose of this agreement to assure sound and mutually beneficial working and economic relationships between the parties hereto, to provide an orderly and peaceful means of resolving misunderstandings or differences which may arise, and to set forth herein the full agreement between the parties concerning rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other terms and conditions of employment. It is understood that the Town is engaged in furnishing essential public services, which vitally affect the health, safety, comfort and general wellbeing of the public and both parties hereto recognize the need for continuous and reliable service to the public. There shall be no individual arrangement contrary to the terms provided herein.
