Subsequent references to the “Company” in this letter shall be deemed to include affiliates, to the extent required by context, when they pertain directly to your own employment relationship, but references to the “Company” that do not pertain directly to that employment relationship shall be deemed to refer exclusively to Pope Resources and not to any affiliate.
