This Agreement made and entered into this day of , 2007 by and between the Board of Chosen Freeholders of Morris County, hereinafter referred to as the Employer and the Communications Workers of America AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the Union, is the final and complete understanding between the Employer and the Union on all bargainable issues and as such will serve to promote and maintain a harmonious relationship between the Employer and those of its employees who are subject to this Agreement in order that more efficient and progressive public service is rendered.
