Any homeowner interested in reserving the Tidewater Landing Clubhouse must submit a reservation fee of $100 and a refundable security deposit of $300 along with Reservation Request Form and Agreement 14 days prior to the event to the HOA Board for review and approval. Any additional charges for cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit, any damages in excess of the deposit amount will be billed to the Homeowner. Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of event, following inspection of facility by Property Management or designee. All checks can be made payable to Tidewater Landing HOA and submitted to Legum and Norman, 12000 Old Vine Blvd, Suite 114, Lewes, DE 19958.
