I/we, the employer/employing body named above agree to be added as an employer party to the Early Childhood Education Collective Agreement (“ECECA”) of Aotearoa New Zealand. In accordance with section 56A of the Employment Relations Act 2000 and Part 1 (ii) of the ECECA, I give authority for any party to the ECECA to notify all other parties of this employer’s intention to become a party. Once signed, unless otherwise varied by mutual agreement, the terms and conditions will have immediate effect.
