I/we, the employer/employing body named above agree to be added as an employer party to the Early Childhood Education Collective Agreement (“ECECA”) of Aotearoa New Zealand. In accordance with section 56A of the Employment Relations Act 2000 and Part 1 (ii) of the ECECA, I give authority for any party to the ECECA to notify all other parties of this employer’s intention to become a party. Once signed, unless otherwise varied by mutual agreement, the terms and conditions will have immediate effect.

The parties have agreed that the increases in this agreement may be passed on to non-union members but shall take effect for non-members three months after the commencement date of this agreement (except in the case of attestation rates which take effect on 1 July 2020).
