This Agreement is entered into by the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, hereinafter referred to as the "Authority", and the West Central Florida Police Benevolent Association, hereinafter referred to as the "PBA", for the purpose of promoting harmonious relations between the Authority and the PBA, to establish orderly and peaceful procedures, to settle differences which might arise, and to set forth the basic and full agreement between the parties concerning rates of pay, wages, hours of work and other conditions of employment as provided by law.
