THIS CHAPTER HOSTED COURSES AGREEMENT (together with any attachments referred to below, the “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of July 1, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between National Institute of Governmental Purchasing, Inc., a Wisconsin non- stock corporation with its principal office located at 2411 Dulles Corner Park, Suite 350, Herndon, VA 20171 (“NIGP”), and , a with its principal office located at (“Chapter”).
