THIS CHAPTER HOSTED COURSES AGREEMENT (together with any attachments referred to below, the “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of July 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between National Institute of Governmental Purchasing, Inc., a Wisconsin non- stock corporation with its principal office located at 2411 Dulles Corner Part, Suite 350, Herndon, VA 20171 (“NIGP”), and local NIGP Chapter. The local Chapter information will appear on Page 11 NIGP and Chapter may each be referred to as to as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
