On 25 April 2013, the Government of Germany notified the Secretary-General, pursuant to article 18 (2) (b) of the Agreement, that although it intends to accept the proposal of amendments to the ATP transmitted by C.N.142.2013.TREATIES-XI-B-22 of 13 February 2013, the conditions necessary for such acceptance are not yet fulfilled.
