AGREEMENT BETWEENAgreement Between • September 30th, 2019
This Agreement is entered into this 30th day of September 2019 by and between ASRC Communications, Ltd., (ASRCC) and InDyne, Inc (InDyne) ,its signatory subcontractor (the Company or Companies) and the Transport Workers Union of America, Local 525 (the Union) under the terms of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, for the mutual interest of present and future employees to promote the safety and continuity of operations, to stabilize employment under reasonable hours, rates of pay and working conditions, and in the interest of the National Space effort of the U.S. Government, to further the efficiency and economy of operations. It is recognized by the Agreement to be the duty of the Company and the employees to cooperate fully, both individually and collectively, for the advancement of these conditions.
