This Agreement entered into by and between the Shepaug Valley Regional School District #12, State of Connecticut (hereinafter referred to as “the Board”), and the Connecticut Health Care Associates, National Union of Hospital and Health Care Employees, AFSCME, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as “the Union”), has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Board and the Union; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences; and establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, working privileges or benefits or any other matters that come within the general meaning of the terms, working conditions or conditions of employment.
