PREAMBLE This Agreement entered into this day of 2008, by and between the Board of Education of the School District of the Township of Edison, in the County of Middlesex, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter called the "Board," and the Edison Principals and Supervisors Association, hereinafter called "the Association". WITNESSETH WHEREAS, the Board and the Association recognize and declare that providing the finest possible education for the children of the school district is their mutual aim and that the character of such education is dependent in part upon the quality and morale of the Association's members, and WHEREAS, the members of the Association are particularly qualified to advise in the formulation and implementation of policies and programs designed to improve educational standards, and WHEREAS, the members of the Association shall faithfully devote themselves to their constant improvement in manner, morale, deportment, and by exemplary conduct, an
