The following terms govern your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic funds transfer services, as applicable. Terms and conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement shall also apply to your electronic funds transfer service. Electronic funds transfers (“EFTs”) are electronically initiated transfers
