This Agreement is made among the North Carolina Division of Water Resources (“DWR”), a division of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (“DEQ”), a department of the State of North Carolina; the North Carolina Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (“DEMLR”), a division of DEQ; the Town of Pittsboro, a North Carolina municipal corporation (“Town”); and Chatham Park Investors LLC (“CPI”), a North Carolina limited liability company (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
