Leadsolar Energy Co., Ltd. (“Leadsolar”) has developed highly reliable micro-inverters, designated as the LS600-240-P, LS600-Z, LS600X, LS1400, or LS1400X Series (“Microinverter”). The Microinverter is designed to withstand normal operating conditions when used for its original intended purpose in compliance with the Leadsolar User Manual. The Leadsolar limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) covers defects in workmanship and materials of the Leadsolar Microinverter (“Defective Product”) for a period of twenty five (25) years from the date of original purchase of the product from Leadsolar (the “Warranty Period”).
