Leadsolar Energy Co., Ltd. (“Leadsolar”) has developed highly reliable micro-inverters, designated as the LS600-240-P, LS600-Z, LS600X, LS1400, or LS1400X Series (“Microinverter”). The Microinverter is designed to withstand normal operating conditions when used for its original intended purpose in compliance with the Leadsolar User Manual. The Leadsolar limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) covers defects in workmanship and materials of the Leadsolar Microinverter (“Defective Product”) for a period of twenty five (25) years from the date of original purchase of the product from Leadsolar (the “Warranty Period”).

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of BetterBack and is non-transferable. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this Warranty, is the first purchaser of BetterBack from Better LLC or a Better LLC authorized retailer. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase and owner.If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the BetterBack to another, this Warranty terminates and the subsequent owner accepts the product “as is” and “with all faults.”
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY IF THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED AND INSTALLED IN THE UNITED STATES, ONLY IF THE PRODUCT WAS ACQUIRED FROM AN AUTHORIZED LG DISTRIBUTOR, AND ONLY IF THE DISTRIBUTOR WAS AUTHORIZED TO SELL THE PRODUCT IN THE UNITED STATES.Limited Warranty Terms • May 10th, 2018
LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. (“LG”) warrants your LG Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (“Product”) against defect in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period set forth below. LG will, at its option, repair or replace the Product. Replacement part(s) will meet intended fit and function of the original part(s). Replacement parts or leak repairs are warranted for the unexpired portion of the original warranty period. LG will also provide a labor allowance per the table below. This limited warranty is valid only to the original retail purchaser of the product while the system remains at the original installation site, and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user. The warranty period commences from the date of purchase. The remedies set forth below are exclusive remedies during the periods described.
