THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into this day of , 2016 by and between the CITY OF LAS VEGAS, a municipal corporation of the State of Nevada ("City") and 180 LAND COMPANY LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Master Developer"). The City and Master Developer are sometimes individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
