This is the Internet Transit Services Service Level Agreement referred to in the Telecommunications Service Agreement between the Customer and Atria Networks LP ("Atria"). All capitalized terms that are not defined herein shall have the meaning given to such terms in the Telecommunications Service Agreement, and the Standard Terms and the AUP, in effect as of the date of the Telecommunication Service Agreement and posted on Atria’s Website.
