Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 150E of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, this Agreement is made and entered into as of this first day of July, 2016 by and between the Town of Weymouth, acting by and through the Mayor, hereinafter referred to as the Town, and Local 1616, International Association of Fire Fighters, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the Union.
