This Agreement is between Mahoning County District Board of Health ("Employer") and Ohio Council 8, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, and Local 3759 ("Union"), and has its purpose to comply with the requirements of Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code; and to set forth the full and complete understandings and agreements between the parties governing the wages, hours, and other conditions of employment for those employees included in the bargaining unit as defined herein.
