This Agreement entered into this day of , 2005, by and between the Borough of Wildwood Crest, hereinafter called the "Borough" and United Independent Union, LOCAL 5, which local is affiliated with NFIU-LIUNA, AFL-CIO, hereinafter called the "Union" has, as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Borough and the Union; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences; and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment; and represents the complete and final understanding on all bargainable issues between the Borough and the Union.
