This Agreement is made between the University of Durham whose registered address is at The Palatine Centre, Stockton Road, Durham, DH1 3LE (“the University”) who is appointed by the Client, as detailed in the Event Booking Form attached hereto, to deliver goods and services to the Client for an event (the “Event”) as detailed in the Event Booking Form. Provision of said goods and services for the Event, by the University to the Client, will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
