This Agreement is made between Durham University whose registered address is at The Palatine Centre, Stockton Road, Durham, DH1 3LE (the “University”) and the Client, as detailed in the Event Booking Form attached hereto. For the purposes of the Contract, the aforesaid organisations/individuals may be referred to individually as a ‘Party’ and collectively as the ‘Parties’.
