THIS AGREEMENT is made this 12 day of June 2018, by and between The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Incorporated, a New York not-for-profit corporation (“IEEE”), on behalf of the IEEE Nuclear and Plasma Sciences Society (hereinafter referred to as the “Group”) and Block 100 Limited Partnership dba The Radisson Hotel Lansing at the Capitol (the “Hotel”) located at 111 North Grand Ave, Lansing, MI 48933 in connection with 2019 Particle Accelerator Conference (PAC)(the “Meeting”) beginning 28 August 2019 and running until 9 September 2019 (“The Meeting Dates”).
