The objective of co-operation between the Customer and the Agency is to optimise and enhance the appearance of the Customer's business, his products and/or services in the market in advertising and communications. To achieve this objective both parties to this Agreement consider themselves related by a relationship of mutual trust, which they want to express by the following agreement.
