This Brief is to be read in conjunction with the Memorandum of Agreement, the General Conditions of Employment of Engineering and Associated Consultants for an Investigation, Design and Construction Assignment, Special Conditions of Employment and Schedule of Fees. For the avoidance of doubt but without prejudice to Clause 7 of the General Conditions of Employment, the performance of the Services specified herein shall be subject to Clause 22 of the General Condition of Employment.
