This DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Development Agreement” or “Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date, by and between the City of Union City, a municipal corporation (“City”), and The Station East Owner, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Developer”). City and Developer may herein be referred to individually as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
