Agreement made and entered into this 1st day of October, 2016 by and between TEMPLE UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (hereinafter referred to as “Temple”) located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the Temple University Hospital Nurses Association/PASNAP (hereinafter referred to as "Union"), with principal offices located at Two Tower Bridge, 1 Fayette Street, Suite 475, Conshohocken, Pa., 19428 acting herein on behalf of the employees of Temple, as hereinafter defined, now employed and hereinafter to be employed and collectively designated as the "Employees."
