The purpose of the following regulations is to outline the restrictions associated with the use and pleasure of the Estate at Inlet Isle HOA Boat Slips and Pier. These restrictions are mandatory for all homeowners/lot owners as well as any homeowner who leases their Boat Slip (hereinafter called “Slip”) for a period of two (2) months or greater as required under The Estates at Inlet Isle Homeowners Association, Inc., Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The Leased Boat Slip Owner would also be subject to the mandatory requirements set forth herein.
