The purpose of the following regulations is to outline the restrictions associated with the use and pleasure of the Estate at Inlet Isle HOA Boat Slips and Pier. These restrictions are mandatory for all homeowners/lot owners as well as any homeowner who leases their Boat Slip (hereinafter called “Slip”) for a period of two (2) months or greater as required under The Estates at Inlet Isle Homeowners Association, Inc., Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The Leased Boat Slip Owner would also be subject to the mandatory requirements set forth herein.

Rosedale Nature ParkRegulations Agreement • August 7th, 2020
There are two dog parks operated by the Huntersville Parks and Recreation Department (HPRD) at Rosedale Nature Park, one for small dogs (24 pounds or less) and one for large dogs (25+ pounds). Rosedale Nature Park is located at 9519 Rosewood Meadow Lane, Huntersville, NC 27078. Operating Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to sunset throughout the calendar year. Both Dog Parks have a double gated entry and fenced in area that will remain locked at all times. In order to access either Dog Park, users must complete this application and submit the paperwork listed below to the HPRD offices located at 105 Gilead Road, 3rd Floor or attach an electronic version of each below:
