This Agreement made and entered into by the City of Ashland, Oregon, hereinafter referred to as the "City" and Local Union No.659 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, hereinafter referred to as the Union." Unless indicated otherwise references to the "City" herein shall include the Mayor and City Council or their designees(s) as the officials directly responsible for the operation of the department covered by this Agreement. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the full and complete agreement between the parties on matters pertaining to rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment.
