Contract Type FiledApril 18th, 2016VMware, Inc., a Delaware corporation, or VMware International Limited, a company organized under the laws of Ireland, as applicable (“VMware”), shall provide Technical Support and Subscription Services (as defined herein) (collectively, the “Services”), per the terms of this Agreement and as set forth at http://www.vmware.com/support/services/ to Customer, for the specific Services level purchased. The applicable VMware entity, Effective Date, Software, and Services level will be set forth on the SnS order form, Customer’s purchase Order, or, if Customer has purchased support on a per incident basis (“Per Incident”), in the registration form completed by Customer upon such purchase (collectively the “Order”).
