THIS COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT is made and entered into between the City of Missoula, County of Missoula, State of Montana (hereinafter referred to as the Employer) and the Montana Federation of Public Employees (hereinafter referred to as the Union). This Collective Bargaining Agreement has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union including the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences and establishment of specific agreement provisions pertaining to salaries, wages, hours and other conditions of employment.
