This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Fitchburg Education Association (Association) and the Fitchburg School Committee (Committee). This Memorandum of Agreement amends the collective bargaining agreement which was in effect from July 1, 2009- June 30, 2012. Where said collective bargaining agreement is not amended, modified, or revised by this Memorandum of Agreement, then such provisions shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of the collective bargaining agreement. Now, therefore the parties hereby agree as follows:
