The National bank of Serbia (NBS) in capacity of the agent of the Republic of Serbia, and JUBMES banka a.d. Beograd as one of the intermediary banks, signed on October 30, 2011 the Intermediary Agreement, governing rights and obligations of two parties, related to utilization of proceeds from the concessional loan in amount of EUR 30,000,000 which the Government of the Italian Republic, as the lender, approved to the Republic of Serbia, as the borrower.
