This Agreement is effective from January and will remain in force until December and thereafter until replaced by a new collective agreement. If either party to this Agreement wishes to amend or otherwise alter or revise any Article, it will so indicate to the other party in writing not more than ninety (90) days and not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiry date of the Agreement, its intention to amend, alter or revise the Agreement. This Agreement will inure and be binding upon not only the parties hereto, but also their respective successors and assigns.
