Agreement made and entered into this 1st day of April 2014 by and between Staten Island University Hospital (hereinafter called the "Employer" or "Hospital") and Federation of Nurses/UFT, FNHP/AFT, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the "Union"), acting herein on behalf of the Employees of the said Employer, as hereinafter defined. This Agreement shall expire on March 31, 2017.
